On 24 October, Churches Together in Carlisle & District (Lisa Wilson, CT President, pictured) held a successful City Harvest Festival at Borderway Auction Mart. It was a hugely uplifting time of ecumenical worship with people attending from across the city. We gave thanks to God for creation and the contributions of Cumbrian farmers to the city and prayed for the challenges they face. We very much hope it will become an annual event.
